Karen Sawyer

After living in the Clemson area for almost 20 years, Karen is very excited to be turning her career focus to real estate.  Raising her children through the local school system and having a husband as a Professor at Clemson University, she has a thorough knowledge of what it takes to create a happy home in this beautiful upstate community.

After a successful 30 year career in high-end furniture sales, she has learned what it takes to listen to her clients’ needs and bring her determination and creative problem-solving skills to achieve the utmost customer satisfaction.  Bringing this experience will also help in adding interior design tips and furniture planning thoughts to potential home sales and purchases.

Away from the office, she enjoys traveling, hiking and camping with her family and collecting folk art and unusual textiles.  Whether buying or selling, she is excited and ready to help you with your specific real estate needs.
